This is our local vets and I must say operates very professionally by friendly and kind people.
For a number of years we had been customer's here with our 5 dogs. Then Harry became ill and for half a days work and a home visit we were billed 1000! Plus despite never having been late in paying a bill we were told they would not release Harry our poor blind Dalmatian for cremation unless we paid them first. We kicked off and have our lovely dogs ashes but I wonder and fear how much care there is in the sort of mind that would inflict such anguish onto owners who'd lost their pet less than 24 hours ago.....
They make the care of your pets the top priority. I can't recommend or thank them enough for all they've done for my cats
First class service when needed in an emergency just after the closed. Very good young lady vet.
Not the cheapest vets around but I have always been happy with the care and diagnoses here and that is more important to me than saving a few pennies. All our dogs are registered here and they are expertly looked after whenever we have had to attend. The reception area is a little small but the staff are friendly and always aware of potential clashes e.g dogs scaring cats. The vets take as much time as necessary and consultations never feel rushed even when there is a busy waiting room. We've had some sad days here losing beloved pets but the staff are very gentle and compassionate.
