Really good doctors and reception staff, really friendly and they do care about their patients.I've received great care from the surgery, I have no complaints at all. They've helped me though many an issue including pneumonia and I have a 2x level spinal fusion. They have been brilliant with jy two daughters too. They really are a good surgery and we're lucky to be part of this!
Yes it is frustrating waiting for a telephone connection but if I ever need an appt with a g p I never have to wait long to see one
Have used since the late 1980s. Is quite frustrating to have to wait nearly a minute and a half when phoning because you have an intro from one of the partners and a presentation about repeat prescriptions....
